Unsecured Business Funding/Capital Stacking

Our unsecured business funding option is one of our most popular loan options as it’s among the easiest to qualify for, and this is the first step for many in obtaining and building business credit. This will help you get approved for even more loans and credit lines as your business credit is established. Below are our funding requirements for this option

REQUIREMENTS
STATED INCOME:

No income documentation is required to qualify. No bank statements or tax returns are needed.

TYPICAL RESULTS

This program is based on your personal credit profile, not on your income, requiring only a few established accounts to meet our pre-qualification. The total revolving credit lines can range from $20,000 to $200,000. The goal of this type of funding is business credit so it will not reflect on your personal credit.

PRE-QUIALIFYING

The applicants’ lowest scores only need to be 680 or higher, or a credit partner (business partner, spouse, relative, etc.) can be used as a personal guarantor for funding.

SOFT CREDIT PULL

We can get you a funding offer without a hard credit pull.

CREDIT PARTNER

Don’t have the 680 requirements yet? You don’t have to worry! You can bring in a credit partner, such as a business partner, spouse, relative, or friend, to personally guarantee the loan for a short time while you work on your personal credit. There will be no impact on their personal credit as these are business lines of credit that report to Dun & Bradstreet, not their personal credit profile.

 

We are now happy to offer an addition to our business funding program. The Fast Track is perfect for individuals with a credit score of 650+ who are looking to establish a credit profile. The funding range is $5,000 to $25,000 and still at 0% for 12 to 24 months.

CBusiness Line of Credit

A commercial line of credit (LOC) provides flexibility for the business owner. Instead of a fixed amount granted all at once, funds can be accessed as needed. The funds are available as soon as any previous balance is paid off.

REQUIREMENTS

Monthly gross sales of at least $30,000

At least 1 year in business.

Minimum FICO score of 600.

Customers typically qualify for 1-1.5 times the monthly gross sales.

 

BENEFITS:

Funding range: up to $250,000

Funding type: Line of credit.

Funding term: 3+ days.

Rate and terms: Vary based on credit profile.

Fee: Determined according to the agreement.

Equipment Funding

Businesses use equipment financing to acquire equipment through leasing or financing, ultimately freeing up working capital. A term loan is available for initial payments.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of $15,000 in monthly gross sales or $180,000 annually.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) may substitute for monthly income.

A significant down payment is required for beginners purchasing a truck.

Equipment financing can be for any type of equipment.

 

BENEFITS:

Funding range: $10,000 – $5,000,000

Rate and terms: Vary based on credit profile. Terms from 1 to 5 years.

Fee: Determined according to the agreement.

Merchant Cash Advance

The Merchant Cash Advance is a cash advance for merchants that is repaid by withdrawing a percentage of credit card sales, usually daily. Ideal for a business owner with poor credit but good earnings.

REQUIREMENTS

At least $25,000 in monthly revenue.

At least 1 year in business.

BENEFITS:

Funding Range: up to $5,000,000

Funding term: Same-day funding.

Rate: Will vary based on credit profile.

Fee: Determined according to the agreement.

Terms: 6 to 24 months.

Commercial only: We cannot finance primary residences.

Leverage will be lower, and the rate higher for foreigners.

Funding range: We can finance small properties (under $100,000.00) up to ?? with no limit.

Funding timeline: 3 days to several months on large projects.

Rate: Depends on credit score and experience.

Fee: Determined according to the agreement.
